1. What Is Third-Party Harassment?

Third-party harassment refers to unwelcome, offensive, or intimidating behaviour by someone outside BroadShield that affects one of our employees.

This can include:

Discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, or any protected characteristic

Bullying, intimidation, or conduct that creates a hostile environment
2. Our Commitment

BroadShield will not tolerate harassment of any kind.
We will act swiftly to prevent and address any such behaviour and take appropriate action against those responsible.
3. Expectations for Third Parties

We expect all third parties interacting with BroadShield to treat our team members with courtesy and respect.

If harassment occurs, BroadShield may:

4. Reporting Harassment
